&amp;lt;P&amp;gt;The engaged search process is tailored to situations when it is critical to hire not just any candidate, but the most qualified person available.&amp;amp;nbsp; The level of service required to fill these positions is typically higher and requires significant research, thorough screening interviews, referencing and a high degree of confidentiality through the process.&amp;lt;/P&amp;gt;

If you need a new H1-B visa, rather than a transfer, this is much more difficult. Hiring companies will not work with a recruiter to hire a candidate requiring a new visa unless they have exceptionally strong qualifications. We look for a minimum of 5 years experience with the client company's exact product background plus the equivalent of a Masters Degree or Ph.D. &amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/P&amp;gt;

&amp;lt;P&amp;gt;Management typically spends 60 to 90 SECONDS on the preliminary review of a resume. Their time is valuable and they need to see something of interest to be willing to review it further.&amp;amp;nbsp; Management is looking for words or phrases directly related to the benefits the candidate can provide to the company, which equate to dollars and profit.&amp;lt;/P&amp;gt;
